Fed: Ruddock says Cetin case highlights problem for prosecutors

CANBERRA, Jan 15 AAP - The investigation into Sydney kebab shop owner Ali Cetin highlighted
the difficulty law enforcers faced in prosecuting people smugglers, Attorney-General Philip
Ruddock's spokesman said today.

The Fairfax press today published photographs of Mr Cetin in Indonesia with 10 of the
14 Turkish Kurd asylum seekers who he is suspected of helping travel to Australia in November
last year.

Unless witnesses in the picture can be persuaded to come to Australia to give evidence
against Mr Cetin, he may never be brought …
